Privacy Policy — Kids Coloring & Puzzles

The short version: The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. It works fully offline. There are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to fill in.

Kids Coloring & Puzzles (“the App”) is published by Maciej Gorzala (“we”, “us”). We care deeply about the privacy of children and their families. This policy explains, in plain language, how the App handles data.

Information we collect

None. The App does not collect any personal data such as names, email addresses, photos, location, contacts, or device identifiers. The App does not ask children for any information.

Third parties

The App contains no third-party advertising, no third-party analytics, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs). No data is sent to any third party, because no data is collected in the first place.

Children’s privacy

The App is designed for children and complies with applicable children’s privacy laws, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because we collect no data at all, there is no personal data of a child to access, store, or delete.

Parental controls and consent

We use a parental gate to protect parts of the App that are not intended for children to use alone. Any link that leads outside the App (such as a link to our other apps) and any purchase option is placed behind this gate. The gate requires an action that only an adult can reasonably complete (for example, solving a simple problem), in line with Apple’s Kids Category requirements. This keeps children from leaving the App or making purchases without a parent or guardian present.

Parental rights

Because the App collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or delete on a child’s behalf. Even so, as a parent or guardian you always have the right to:

• Contact us with any question about the App’s privacy practices.
• Ask us to confirm, in writing, that no data about your child is collected or stored by us.
• Delete any local data simply by removing the App from the device (see below).

Purchases

If the App offers any optional paid content, purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information.

Data retention and deletion

Since no data is collected, there is no data to retain, export, or delete from our side, and no consent to withdraw. Any drawings or progress are stored only on the device and are removed if you delete the App.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices ever change, we will update this page and revise the date above before the change takes effect.
