Terms of Service

The short version: This is an informational website about our apps. It’s free to browse, there’s nothing to sign up for, and we collect nothing. Be reasonable, and enjoy.

These terms govern your use of the website at kiddowise.dev (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Best App Maciej Gorzala, the studio behind KiddoWise (“we”, “us”). Our full details are on the imprint page. Each of our apps is governed separately by its own store listing and in-app terms.

What this Site is

The Site is a simple showcase for our apps. It provides information, screenshots, and links to the Apple App Store and Google Play. There are no user accounts, no sign-up, no payments, and no user-generated content. We collect no personal data through the Site — see our privacy policy.

Using the Site

You may browse and link to the Site freely. Please don’t misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated abuse, or use it in a way that breaks the law. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The Site, its text, artwork, logos, app names, screenshots, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission, except for normal personal browsing and ordinary linking to the Site.

Apps and stores

Downloading and using our apps is governed by the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play and by each app’s own terms and privacy policy — not by these Site terms. Purchases, if any, are handled entirely by Apple or Google.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep information accurate and the Site running, but we make no guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, and the courts competent under Polish law will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above showing the last update.
