Terms of Use — Kids Coloring & Puzzles

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Kids Coloring & Puzzles (“the App”), published by Best App Maciej Gorzala, the studio behind KiddoWise (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is made for young children to use together with a parent or guardian; if you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

A free app

The App is free to download and contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. There is nothing to buy inside the App.

No accounts

The App has no user accounts and no sign-in, and it collects no personal data — see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The App — including its artwork, characters, sounds, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except as permitted by applicable law or by your app store’s terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the revised date above marks when changes take effect. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
