Terms of Use — Number Worlds

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Number Worlds (“the App”), published by Best App Maciej Gorzala, the studio behind KiddoWise (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is made for young children to use together with a parent or guardian; if you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

In-app purchase

The App is free to download, and number worlds 1 to 4 are fully playable at no cost. It includes one optional, one-time in-app purchase (“Unlock All”) that unlocks the remaining number worlds (5 to 9). There is no subscription, no currency, and no other purchase of any kind. It is a non-consumable purchase tied to your App Store or Google Play account: you can restore it on your devices with “Restore purchases”, and you are not charged again.

All payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us — we never receive your payment details. The price is shown in the store before you buy. Refunds and billing are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; please contact the relevant store for any payment or refund request. Purchases sit behind a parental gate so a child cannot buy without an adult.

No accounts

The App has no user accounts and no sign-in, and it collects no personal data — see our Privacy Policy.

Educational content

The App is a toy and a learning aid, not a curriculum or an assessment. It makes no promise about any particular educational outcome, and it does not measure, grade, or report on a child’s ability.

Intellectual property

The App — including its artwork, characters, sounds, recorded voice, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except as permitted by applicable law or by your app store’s terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the revised date above marks when changes take effect. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
